Hi! I’m Callan, owner of Sugar Therapy.  Let me introduce myself…

My love for desserts and baking started before I could tie my shoes.  At age 8 my mom bought me my first cake decorating tools and I fell head over heels (thanks mom). From there I followed my dreams and graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2012 as a pastry chef.  I then honed my skills at Erica O’Brien Cake Design working as her right hand and lead cake designer for 5 years. 

I am a self-diagnosed sugar addict.  Ice cream, cake, brownies, cookies, pies... you name it, I love it.  I am also a firm believer in the fact that a scrumptious little treat can help make any day brighter.  There is nothing sweeter than a homemade dessert to top off a celebratory dinner, special event, or random afternoon.

Since a young age I have been infatuated with weddings.  From “Say Yes to the Dress” to Martha Stewart Weddings and The Knot, I was hooked.  So, in 2015 I became a bridal stylist at The White Dress by the Shore.  Naturally, I fell in love. There I realized that it’s an honor to work one on one with clients during such a fun and exciting time and help their vision come to life.

With Sugar Therapy, I have created a unique marriage between superior desserts with extreme customer service. I am here to offer you a completely customized and personal experience when choosing (and eating) your cakes and desserts.  By choosing Sugar Therapy, I will provide a fun and exciting experience while helping you design the cake of your dreams.
